In addition to computer access to the public, the library has many periodical, Ebook and research databases (most with remote access) thanks to grants from the Ontario Ministry of Culture. To access databases which can only be used at the library (such as Ancestry.Library Edition), please see library staff. To access remote databases, please register at the library in person for your passwords and/or info required to login, then go to the website links to use them.

Remote access and/or in-library use websites and databases (Remember to sign up at the library before the first time you use them-some require a user name and password) include:

• INFO   (for Interlibrary loans-for searching for books in other Ontario public libraries)
• Family Search Centre  (LDS Genealogy website)
• OverDrive (Ebook and Audiobook Download Centre) (See library for use of 14 digit library card number)
• MPAC  (About my Property-is a secure, online self-service application that provides property owners with convenient access to property assessment information,lot size, recent sales,etc. on your and neighbouring properies-free) (See library staff for assistance to access it if you require it--you will need your property assessment notice for your unique username and password)
